ETAC was started in 2001 to bring top quality real world training to the New England area.  ETAC home base is out of the Franklin Massachusetts, but we teach and host courses throughout the region.  ETAC courses are specifically designed to target what “street cops” need on the street to survive.  This is where the “Winning IS Everything” mentality comes from.
